By accessing our (1) website, (2) mobile application (EMDR Tappers), (3) blog (Bilateral Stimulation Blog), and (4) corresponding videos, the collection of these four content sources are hereafter referred to as “EMDR Tappers materials”, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the EMDR Tappers materials. The EMDR Tappers materials are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The EMDR Tappers materials are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Datawash Inc makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Viewing and using the EMDR Tappers materials are not intended to create and does not constitute a therapist relationship. Readers and users should seek individual professional medical/mental health advice before acting on any information contained in this website. EMDR Tappers materials should not be considered complete and should not be used in place of a visit, call, consultation or advice of your health care provider or mental healthcare provider. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

In no event shall Datawash Inc or its suppliers be liable for any damages that arise from improper use of bilateral stimulation (including, without limitation, misuse of EMDR to enhance negative emotions and attempts to process highly traumatic experiences without direction of a trained, licensed EMDR professional). You use EMDR tappers, any such materials provided by Datawash Inc, or on any sites linked to EMDR Tappers solely at your own risk.

5. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments will be processed through the applicable mobile device payment processors (Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android).

6. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing in EMDR Tappers could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Datawash Inc does not warrant that any of the materials on EMDR Tappers are accurate, complete or current. Datawash Inc may make changes to the materials contained in EMDR Tappers at any time without notice. However, Datawash Inc does not make any commitment to update the materials.

7. Links

Datawash Inc has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Datawash Inc of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

8. Modifications

Datawash Inc may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using EMDR Tappers you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. User Data and Privacy

Datawash Inc respects user privacy and does not for any reason sell user data to third parties. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to out Privacy Policy.
